So much work goes into designing “the look” of your event and an experienced photographer always shoots the details and decor. Photos of the program, posters, signage, flowers, table arrangement and an overall shot of the room (with and without guests) — are useful documentation for the event planners and also will complete the visual story of the evening.
Most important is capturing your guests having a wonderful time. The perfect group shot will make your company or non-profit look great in local news papers, press releases and promotions.
Many times key shots are required for press or publicity and image delivery needs to happen quickly. I’m happy to deliver shots of award recipients, board members, VIP speakers, decor and room shots to make your deadline.
As an extra service, I can set up a photobooth at your event for your guests. Photobooths are a great way for guests to participate in the photography fun. Also, they are an effective way to engage your participants after the event and through social media.
